I left for the summer retreat (yoga in sound) not knowing what to expect but I left it with a load of new beautiful awareness.
The team is made up of professionals who with great passion have been able to perfectly transmit their teachings and at the same time create an atmosphere in which to immediately feel protected and ready to explore new worlds. I was also lucky enough to find a wonderful group of companions, with whom to share this experience was beautiful and profound.
I recommend everyone to take a retreat with them and treasure it!
