- Kalaripayattu introduction, with exercise and first movement
Saturday 6 (9: 00-17: 00 )
- Ashtanga Yoga (primary series led or mysore)
- Yoga deepening and Relaxation with Tibetan singing ball
- Kalarippayattu (exercise, forms, stick work)
Sunday 7 (9: 00-17: 00)
- Ashtanga Yoga - Kalaripayattu
