An experiential journey in Kerala, South India, from yoga to traditional Indian culture: a look at the lifestyle of this country, trying to approach it in an authentic and respectful way.

The trip we propose aims to create new interior spaces, allowing entry into a slower pace and the encounter with a new culture. A journey of the body, mind and spirit through the practice of ashtanga yoga, kalaripayattu (the oldest Indian martial art), a typical vegetarian diet, walks on the ocean, and moments of silence dedicated to listening and meditation.

Kerala is the cradle of Ayurveda, and we will have the chance to experience rejuvenating massages with warm herbal oils in a traditional clinic. The seminar will take place in Varkala, a quiet seaside town, equipped with all services and easily accessible from the capital Trivandrum .

Hospitality
The group will be accommodated in a typical Kiaora Hometell guest house    in Varkala, in an easily accessible area but at the same time quiet and very close to the cliff and the beach. 5cde-3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d_

The meals (breakfast and dinner) will be mainly vegetarian and will be cooked according to the Keralan tradition, a delicious cuisine with a coconut scent, rich in vegetables and tropical fruits.

REDUCED FEE FOR MEMBERSHIP BY NOVEMBER 15th!
