Imagine a gentle, silent awakening, with the first rays of the sun dedicated to warming your skin.

Imagine feeling your body revitalize itself; in sweat and listening, with an intense Yoga practice.

Imagine millenary woods around you and paths that cross and cross them, flanking landscapes of rare beauty ... Rivers, birds, archaeological sites, mammals, flowers, rocks, waterfalls, herbivores, ridges, valleys, legends and spiritual places ... careful, aware step.

PROGRAM

- Awakening, meditation

-Daily Ashtanga yoga practice (first guided series, Mysore I ° and II ° series for more experienced practitioners)

-Breakfast

-Trekking with packed lunch (depending on the weather conditions we may prefer to have lunch at the farmhouse and walk in the cooler hours)

-In depth yoga, pranayama

-Dinner with delicious vegetarian meals: rich menu of healthy dishes produced with organic, seasonal and km0 raw materials

Agriturismo il Feliceto:

Located in the heart of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines, inside the Frignano Park, at 1200 meters. of altitude I Barbara, my husband Nicola and our children Matteo and Greta, manage the farmhouse, a characteristic building from the mid-1600s completely renovated . 

We offer our guests a typically home cooking offering fresh and local products


You can taste cow's milk cheese, ricotta, butter, milk and yoghurt, homemade pasta,  uova, accompanied by various vegetables grown in our fields (seasonal productions) and savor le_cc781905-5cde-3194-bb3b -136bad5cf58d_ jams and syrups packed with fruits of the undergrowth.
The raw materials derive mostly from our company, the productions have a low environmental impact in fact we use natural cycle fertilization systems.

 

You can buy our cold cuts, cheeses, jams, bread, biscuits, artisan pasta and chestnut flour in the company shop.

For those who want to stay at our farmhouse we have 8 rooms, furnished in a rustic style inspired by the characteristics of the place.
