The proposed workshop is an encounter between Yoga and the most ancient Indian martial art: Kalaripayattu.
The morning, 10/14: 30 will be dedicated to yoga.
In the afternoon, 16/19: 30 hours at kalaripayattu. (For more info https://www.kyemyoga.com/kalaripayattu )
However, it is possible to participate only in the practice of yoga or only in the practice of kalari.
