Ashtanga yoga teacher training 2021/22

Who is it for?

To yoga practitioners with good experience, to people who already work in the field of movement, to those who want to improve their practice, to those who humbly want to acquire tools to help others practice better, to those in search, to those who are not satisfied with hearsay, ideological, religious, traditional systems, those who want to cultivate that wonderful attitude of being curious about how things work, those who have no interest in being called a Master.

  • Subjects

PRACTICE YOGA:  

-1 * and 2 * ashtanga yoga series

-Asana, all the asanas of the first series (first and second year), introduction to the second series * (second year) + specific work on balance asanas, inversions, back-bending, opening hips, arm balancing, twists.

-I Vinyasa

-Pranayama, how the breath works. Physiological breathing. Ujjay, Nadi Shodhana, Kapalabhati.

-Bandha, conscious activation and release of the pelvic floor and lower abdomen.

-Dristhi, the look. Proprioception.

-Hatha Yoga: Asanas, alternative positions

-Yoga in pregnancy

-Meditation

* the training includes the teaching of the first complete series and based on the level reached and the needs of the group, the study of the second series will be introduced.

CERTIFICATIONS

At the end of the training course and after passing the final exam, CSEN will issue each student with a CSEN National Diploma, the Technical Enabling Card with the qualification obtained and registration in the National Register of CSEN technicians, at a cost of € 180.00. (one hundred and eighty).

With the first year you get the diploma and card Yoga Instructor (250H).

With the second year of the course, the diploma and tesserino di Yoga Teacher (500H) issued by Csen are obtained.

Both awards can be translated into Yoga Alliance credentials
