Who is it for?

PRACTICE YOGA:
-1 * and 2 * ashtanga yoga series
-Asana, all the asanas of the first series (first and second year), introduction to the second series * (second year) + specific work on balance asanas, inversions, back-bending, opening hips, arm balancing, twists.
-I Vinyasa
-Pranayama, how the breath works. Physiological breathing. Ujjay, Nadi Shodhana, Kapalabhati.

CERTIFICATIONS
At the end of the training course and after passing the final exam, CSEN will issue each student with a National CSEN YOGA TEACHER Diploma (500H), the Technical Habilitation Card with the qualification obtained and registration in the National Register of CSEN technicians, at cost of € 180.00 (one hundred and eighty).
This recognition can be translated into Yoga Alliance credentials
